One of the last commissions I did for 2011 was of this beautiful dog. When I looked at the source pictures my heart melted; such a gorgeous lady! I was informed that she had recently passed away and the painting was a gift for her owner.
Days later I received a thank you call from the office of W. Brett Wilson (Canadian entrepreneur, and the lead deal making panellist or “Dragon” of all-time on CBC’s Gemini Award-winning Dragons’ Den. www.wbrettwilson.ca). The painting is of his beloved dog, Maja. I am truly honoured that I was able to create this painting for Brett and his family.
